Sample Say So: Rodan+Fields Enhancements Micro-Dermabrasion Paste Review

I was kindly gifted a large sample packet of Rodan+Fields Micro-Dermabrasion Paste by an independent sales rep and gathered enough thoughts on it that I felt like resurrecting my "Sample Say So" series, in which I give a thorough mini review of mini products. Rodan+Fields describes their Micro-Dermabrasion Paste as a "high-glide, oil-free formula designed to help promote maximum gentle exfoliation and leave your skin feeling more smooth. Use occasionally to visibly improve skin tone and texture." Part of the brands Enhancements range, this microdermabrasion scrub contains 125ml (4.2oz) and retails for $80USD. Rodan+Fields is cruelty free and makes their product in America.

Lush Sunnyside Bubble Bar Review

Lush says "Cross to the sunny side of life by bathing in gold. This mood-enhancing bar of indulgence turns the water bright gold and has a shimmer to it, while filling the room with a cheerful aroma. You’ll feel bright and right as you step out of the bath thanks to the blend of sweet wild orange, lemon and tangerine oils to perk you up and enrich your day." Sunnyside is on the larger side for a Bubble Bar, weighing 150g and retailing for $8.95AUD. Lush is cruelty free, and the majority of their products, including the Sunnyside Bubble Bar, are vegan. This product was made in Australia.

June 2017 Favorites + Blogs of the Month

I have to say, June was the best month I've had in a while. Morgan and I are fully settled into our new place, and after a few improvements it finally feels like home. Now that we're sorted, I was able to treat myself a little more and pick up new products to play with - and most of them have been complete hits. I thoroughly enjoyed the new season of Orange is the New Black, and I found several great new blogs. I have no complaints about June at all! Click through to see what I loved last month.

Out with the Old - June 2017 Empties

June was a good month for empties - particularly hair care products. Genuinely, I don't think I've ever finished so many hair care products in one month. I may be wrong, and I don't care quite enough to look back on ALL my previous Out with the Old posts, but I'm calling it a record. Out of the eleven products I finished this month, about half of them were for hair. Yinz know I hate writing about hair care, so I feel like this empties post will be brief. As always, products that I have a backup of or plan to repurchase will be marked with an asterisk(*). Click through to read more about what I finished in the month of June.
